Calendar of Events 2008

Boat-In Worship -- held every Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day at the Oakwood Inn. Come by boat or car. Dress is very casual. If inclement weather, the services are moved to the chapel inside the Oakwood Inn.

Wawasee Yacht Club Regatta -- held every weekend from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Lasers and Sunfish race on Saturday mornings (beginning at 10:00am) and E-Scows and Lightnings race on Sunday mornings (beginning at 9:30am).


Art in the Park -- June 21 & 22, Lakeside Park, Syracuse

Art Show -- Sunday, July 13
The Indiana Plein Air Painters are a group of 300+ artists who paint 'en plein air', or outdoors.  The artists will be coming to Lake Wawasee and the Syracuse area the weekend of July 12 and 13, and will be painting in the area all day Saturday the 12th and Sunday morning, the 13th.

Sunday, July 13th, is our ART SHOW & SALE. IPAPA artists will display and sell their art at the South Shore Country Club Pavilion from 1 to 3:00 pm. The public is invited to meet the artists, and view or purchase paintings.

Junior Sailing Program -- one and two week sessions held in July. There is a nominal fee. Contact the Wawasee Yacht Club at 574-457-2321 for more details.
